PURPOSE:
The website aims to accompany transplanted patients and improve their well-being (users). The personal data is processed to manage the user’s registration on the website https://transplantgo.com, which includes the user’s interaction with the website: a) providing guidance from 10 specialists to users through short, engaging videos; b) allowing users to explore the gamified environment, view content, and unlock successive levels with incentives that reward performance (e.g., heart-healthy recipes, exercises, risk calculators); c) offering a space for users to write down questions for healthcare professionals, facilitating communication during follow-up visits.
